◆ Solo Exibition ◆ Elephant Nest(코끼리 둥지), 2026

​My first solo exhibition, Elephant Nest, which was held throughout April, has come to an end. The exhibition was extended for about a week longer than planned, and I just finished taking everything down today. When I first began making work, I often wondered where I would ever be able to hold a solo exhibition, so I’m deeply grateful to Cafe295 for generously offering such a warm and welcoming space. Stopping by on weekends for lattes and their new ube latte made the experience even more enjoyable.

Thank you as well to everyone who took the time to visit and spend time with the paintings. This exhibition was a story about the birth of a small being with a balloon tail. It began with the imagination of an elephant, burdened by the weight of life, wanting to become a light balloon — and that story has only just begun.

Please continue to follow the journey of the balloon-tailed being, and see when the elephant might finally become a balloon. I will continue to repay your support through steady, long-lasting, and sincere work. Thank you.

4월 한 달 진행된 첫 개인전 《코끼리 둥지》가 끝났습니다.

예정보다 일주일가량 연장되어 오늘 막 철수를 했습니다. 작업을 시작하면서 어디서 개인전을 할 수 있을까 했는데, 카페295에서 따뜻하고 좋은 공간 내어주심에 감사합니다. 주말마다 들러서 라떼와 신메뉴 우베라떼를 마시며 더 즐거웠어요.

시간 내어 들러 그림을 감상해주신 많은 분들께도 감사드립니다. 이번 개인전은 풍선 꼬리를 가진 작은 존재의 탄생에 대한 이야기였어요. 삶이 무거운 코끼리가 가벼운 풍선이 되고 싶다는 상상에서 비롯된 이야기가 이제 막 시작되었습니다.

풍선 꼬리 인간의 여정이 어떻게 이어질지, 코끼리는 언제쯤 풍선이 되는지 그 여정을 지켜봐 주세요. 꾸준한, 오랜, 좋은 작업으로 보답하겠습니다. 감사합니다.
